This presentation will focus on what companies should consider when entering into endorsement or licensing arrangements with athletes and entertainers. It will also focus on transactions with teams for arena naming rights, suite licenses, ownership arrangements and signage concerns.  NCAA restrictions will also be discussed for transactions involving colleges.
