Ethical Issues in Temporary and Permanent Employment of Foreign Workers – While dual representation doesn’t happen with frequency in most areas of the law, immigration law is one where it is the usual practice. A myriad of issues arise when an employer and employee come together with the common goal of lawful employment of a foreign worker.
