The fight for part time policies and mentoring programs that initially gave women their entre to law firms and in house legal departments have now become pigeonholes for women attorneys. To break out, women need to garner economic and institutional power in our firms and organizations. That means focusing on rainmaking and appointment to meaningful leadership positions.
