In this presentation, Stephen Crain will discuss and highlight some of the "forgotten" clauses in contracts that rarely get reviewed until they are absolutely needed. Litigation is shaping how these clauses, particularly Force MaJeure clauses (but also damage limitations and dispute resolution), are viewed in contract negotiations. Mr. Crain is the firm-wide leader of Bracewell's Energy Litigation Group and also routinely assists in contract drafting with the firm's transactional groups.
