Since the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act was signed into law in 2010, public companies,  their directors and advisors have been facing significant regulatory and enforcement challenges.  While everyone can agree that we’re happy to have the financial meltdown of 2008 behind us, it is still uncertain if the many reforms introduced by the Dodd-Frank Act are the answers to our country’s financial woes, exacerbate those woes, or are a combination of both.  New York’s former Mayor Rudy Giuliani will lead a pointed discussion on how the most significant piece of business legislation in recent history is affecting the health of our economy.  Issues will include an in depth review of selected aspects of Dodd Frank, as well as a general overview and predictions as to its vitality post the 2012 elections.
