The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Value Challenge is a national endeavor to promote strategic partnering relationships and use best practices, management tools and other resources to help corporate counsel and their law firms achieve better value-cost alignment.

Michael Roster, co-chair of ACC’s Value Challenge Steering Committee will moderate the event. Sam Eberts, chief legal officer of Laboratory of America Holdings, will provide a keynote address at the networking luncheon.

Discussion topics will include marketplace dynamics and the need for change; reversing divergence of value and the costs of legal services; redesigning legal services to deliver greater value; and value alignment case studies – law department success stories.
