The Institute is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of labor and employment law. Newly admitted attorneys and seasoned attorneys who wish to expand their practice will benefit from the thorough overview the program will provide. It will also be of particular interest to corporate counsel and to attorneys who handle cases where knowledge of labor and employment issues is needed, including civil rights practice, commercial law, insurance law, workers' compensation and general practice.
