Dr. John E. Murray, Jr, Murray, Hogue & Lannis
Arbitration is the premier alternative dispute resolution process in law today. Since 1925 to the present day, the use of and the language of arbitration has changed and grown dramatically. The law continues to evolve, and practitioners involved in arbitration must keep up with the most recent cases and changes in arbitration.
During this course, participants will learn about the nuts and bolts of agreements to arbitrate; the latest trends in the drafting of arbitration clauses to assure enforcement; and be provided with a review of the recent U.S. Supreme Court controversial expansion of the Federal Arbitration Act.
