Copyright law continues to be an unpredictable and dynamic practice area. This program will teach the basics while exploring all of the recent cases and developments that continue to change the practice of copyright law. Attendees will examine the rights copyright protection confers and learn how to protect those rights. They will explore how the Internet continues to redefine critical concepts in the field and how to tackle these challenges in daily practice.
