Attendees may arrive a day early to attend Real Estate Law 101 from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. or to play in the Real Estate Law Golf Tournament, which begins at 11:00 a.m. and is  open to all – whether or not you are registering in the course.

Among the course highlights are the ebb and flow of Texas water law and rights 2012; Internet contracting issues: jurisdiction, terms of use, and formation of e-contracts; pipeline easements: protecting the landowner in negotiations with common carriers and producers; what title companies won’t insure; and cloud computing – ethical considerations of confidentiality and data security.
