Attendees will learn how to create and evaluate effective compliance programs, whether dealing with a start-up company or an established multinational corporation. An effective compliance program is necessary in a changing business environment. Creating an effective compliance program is a complex process that should make a company’s business operation more efficient and at the same time fulfill all the legal and regulatory obligations that are always changing. Topics include commitments to the program; compliance issues at a start-up company; common difficulties creating programs; and a review of the regulatory issues.
