This year’s workshop is the third and last of a three-year series in which all stages of an arbitration are explored in detail.  As in prior years, this workshop will explore fundamentals and strategy as well as the mechanism of arbitration.  The Dallas workshop includes three acts picking up after the merits hearing has concluded.  Consideration will be given to the last phase of an international arbitration:  post-hearing submissions, costs, the award and enforcement.  Top arbitrators and experienced practitioners will take us through these scenes and comment on practical and strategic issues.
