Participants will gain an understanding of the unique aspects of Chinese state-owned enterprises. These businesses account for a very substantial portion of incoming Chinese investment in the U.S. and elsewhere. Attendees will learn how state-owned enterprises differ from other Chinese companies and the issues that may arise for lawyers in representing state-owned enterprises as well as for U.S. parties doing business with them.
