The annual meeting will feature many distinguished speakers. Topics include Restatement of the Law, Torts: Liability for Economic Harm; Legal and Economic Principles of World Trade Law; Employment Law; Principles of the Law of Liability Insurance; and The U.S. Law of International Commercial Arbitration.

There are three keynote addresses featuring the Honorable John Paul Stevens, associate justice (ret.) of the Supreme Court of the United States; Eric H. Holder, Jr., attorney general of the United States; and Nina Totenberg, NPR’s legal-affairs correspondent.
