At NYCLA’s Annual Meeting, our Task Force on Judicial Budget Cuts will present Unsung Heroes Awards to honor non-judicial members of the state and federal court systems who have distinguished themselves in the exemplary performance of their duties during these difficult times of reduced resources and increased caseloads. 

In addition to presentation of awards and induction of Directors and Officers, NYCLA will announce publication of The United States District Court for the Southern District of New York: A Retrospective (2000 - 2010) , which contains insight into the court’s history, covers notable cases, trials, and decisions in various areas of law, and provides bios of current and former judges.
