This Roundtable will cover three areas, including the mechanics for handling international compliance/investigations under the FCPA, as well as emerging issues under the FCPA that are impacting our global economy; effective and efficient coordination of the defense team in matters involving both criminal and civil litigations; practical tips for avoiding whistleblower claims in the wake of recent statutory enactments or amendments, including anti-retaliation claims under the False Claims Act, Dodd-Frank and the FCPA.
