The day will open with an update on SEC matters led by Morrison & Foerster’s Dave Lynn and O’Melveny & Myer’s Marty Dunn. Other topics are a review of the Proxy Season Post-Mortem and the Secrets of Corporate Secretary Office Management with Jim O’Reilly of Danahers and Arden Philips of Washington Gas. Other sessions will discuss director training and orientation and using QR codes in shareholder communications. There is a post-conference dinner located at the nearby Morton’s Steakhouse.
