Join the District of Columbia Bar Association on Wednesday, March 28, for a luncheon program titled Current Issues in the Administration of 401(k) Plans. The luncheon is located at the DC Bar Conference Center, 1101 K Street, NW and begins at noon.

This seminar will focus on the standards applicable to tax-qualified 401(k) plans as well as current issues in the administration of these plans which have become increasingly prominent in employees’ retirement planning.

David Weingarten and Timothy K. Eicher of Slevin & Hart, P.C., are ERISA practitioners in the DC area and will offer valuable insights into this important aspect of employee benefits law.
