The New York County Lawyers’ Association has scheduled a two-day program for civil litigators titled Civil Trial Practice Institute: Bridge the Gap for Litigators.

The event is being held on Friday and Saturday, March 9 and 10, at NYCLA, 14 Vesey Street in New York City from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. both days.

The institute will bring together an extraordinary panel of judges, litigators and leading academics and will take participants through the entire state civil trial process. Attendees will learn ways to develop and improve trial practice techniques within the context of personal injury, matrimonial and commercial litigation.

The topics to be examined are evidentiary problems during trial; civil pre-trial practice; voire dire with a demonstration; and summations.
