On Thursday, February 16, the Boston Bar will host a luncheon program on Academic Copyright Issues at the Boston Bar, 16 Beacon Street.
It begins at noon and ends at 1:00 p.m.
At this brown bag lunch, Dave Kluft of Foley Hoag will lead a discussion on current issues in copyright law for scholars and academic institutions, including fair use and plagiarism in scholarly publishing, electronic reserves and digitization by libraries and universities (including the Georgia State University and HathiTrust cases), and institutional copyright policies.
