The New Jersey State Bar Association is hosting a half-day Diversity Summit on Wednesday, February 15, at the New Jersey Law Center, One Constitution Square in New Brunswick.

The summit begins at 2:00 and ends at 8:00 p.m.

Attendees will use the day to examine, discuss and find pathways to move forward on the most pressing issues surrounding diversity in the legal profession. They will hear from leaders in the legal community and learn about available resources and opportunities. Attendees are encouraged to share experiences during roundtable discussions and contribute to crafting a long-term diversity plan for the state’s largest lawyers group. The program will include frank discussion with leaders in the industry about the real and hidden costs facing law firms, companies and the corporate world surrounding diversity issues, and look at the best practices in use and the challenges left to overcome the issues.
