On Monday, March 5, Minnesota CLE presents E-Discovery: 10 Real-World Practice Tips Plus Updates on the Newest Cases. The program will be held at the MN CLE Conference Center at 600 Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis.

John Barkett, an experienced civil litigator, mediator/arbitrator, national e-discovery expert and adjunct law professor, will present a practical program discussing the latest hot cases in the e-discovery arena and the possible civil rules changes on the horizon. Mr. Barkett will share and explain ten concrete tips in seeking and responding to e-discovery from parties and nonparties. He will review protecting the attorney-client privilege in electronic communication, discuss how to protect privacy in information contained on social network sites and how to deal with e-discovery vendors.
