On Tuesday, January 31, the New York County Lawyers’ Association has scheduled How to be A Virtual Lawyer at the NYCLA Home of Law at 14 Vesey Street in New York City.

The class starts at 6:00 and ends at 8:00 p.m.

Participants will learn from Stephanie L. Kimbro, author of Virtual Law Practice: How to Deliver Legal Services Online and Virtual Law Practice.org Blog, how to deliver legal services online by creating a virtual law office that is either completely web-based or by integrating a virtual law office into a traditional practice. Topics include Setting Up the Virtual Law Office; Unbundling Legal Services; Ethics Issues in Delivery of Legal Services Online; Duties to Prospective Clients; Marketing a Virtual Law Practice; and Cloud Computing, Software as a Service and Other Issues Related to Legal Technology.
