The Boston Bar Association will host a program looking into the Art of Cross-Examination on Thursday, January 26, at the Boston Bar, 16 Beacon Street.

It will run from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Few Attorneys are able to obtain the practice necessary to develop the techniques needed to do an effective job cross-examining a witness. Assistant district attorney Mark Lee will offer insights into effective strategies and pitfalls to avoid based on his mountain of experience. The event is designed for lawyers faced with cross-examinations at a deposition, motion hearing or trial.
