Join the Iowa State Bar Association for a lunch and learn program featuring William Raisch, Corporate Counsel Section chair and adjunct professor at Drake Law School, for a discussion on ethical dilemmas. It is being held Monday, December 12, at the Iowa Bar headquarters, 625 East Court Avenue in Des Moines. Lunch begins at noon and the program ends at 2:30 p.m.

At this seminar, attendees will be presented with a number of scenarios involving ethical issues or problems and asked to comment on the scenarios, drawing out any ethical or moral issues, any pragmatic or practical consideration or concern raised by the situation, and any applicable legal or administrative principle, including references to the Iowa Model Rules of Professional Conduct (a copy of the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility will be provided). Participants may decide how they or others would handle each ethical situation. The presentation format has been popular among participants since 1994.

For more information and to register for this seminar, visit www.iowabar.org or call (515) 243-3179.
