On Thursday, November 10, join the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel for a luncheon program titled Recent Developments in Finance -- Including Dodd-Frank Securitzation Regulations, the Orderly Liquidation Authority and GSE Reform.

The event will be held at the Willis Tower at 233 South Wacker Drive in Chicago. It begins at 11:45 a.m. and ends at 1:30 p.m.

Financial reform legislation presents the most sweeping change to financial regulation in the United States since the Great Depression, and it represents a paradigm shift in the American financial regulatory environment that affects almost every aspect of the nation’s financial services industry. This program will address multiple areas of corporate concern, including executive compensation and governance and capital leverage requirements. The program will outline the authority of the oversight council and clarify the roles of newly consolidated regulatory agencies.

The speakers are Steven Kudenholdt, head, Capital Markets practice, SNR Denton; Alan S. Gilbert, partner, SNR Denton; and Gary Goldberg, SNR Denton.
