The ACC and Boston University School of Management are offering a two-day Project Management for the In-House Law Department course. It will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, November 8 and 9, at Boston University School of Management, 595 Commonwealth Avenue in Boston. The schedule is being finalized and will be online shortly.

Projects are increasingly the way that work gets done in companies of all types and sizes. In this program, participants will learn the strategic dimensions of project management, including critical aspects of project definition, planning, execution, project tools and monitoring. Concepts and approaches for dealing with complexity, uncertainty, vagueness, project team dynamics, stakeholders, risk management and deadlines are emphasized. Attendees will be asked to identify a project from their work environment that they can use to exercise their new skills during class.
