Speakers Kerin Lyn Kaminski and Karen L. Giffen, Giffen & Kaminski; Cynthia C. Schafer, Counsel to AT&T's national Mobility and Consumer Markets business unit will review the most recent case law regarding privilege. Other subjects under discussion are what lawyers can do to protect privilege, and what does privilege protect. The faculty will offer a number of hypothetical situations and discuss with participants the best practices to protect in-house privilege.
