On Monday, August 15, West LegalEdCenter has scheduled an online video – Third Electronic Discovery and Digital Evidence Practitioners’ Workshop – to present the current thought on handling ESI.

The program is being produced live at 1:45 EDT and will last 4 hours and 15 minutes.

Designed with content partner ALI-ABA for in-house counsel and retained counsel who need to acquire or sharpen  skills in e-discovery and digital evidence management; executives and other litigation stakeholders from public and private organizations; and for intermediate and advanced ESI litigation practitioners and those who design and operate ESI systems, the program will cover the following topics: e-discovery case study, emerging trends in search and document review, emerging technologies, and early case assessment.
