Kelley Drye Welcomes Andrea L. Calvaruso

Kelley Drye & Warren LLP is pleased to announce that Andrea L. Calvaruso has joined the firm as a partner in its New York City office and chair of the Trademark and Copyright practice group. Previously, Ms. Calvaruso was a named partner at a well-respected intellectual property boutique firm, where she represented clients in consumer products, fashion and other industries. She returns to Kelley Drye, where she was a litigation associate from 1996 to 2000.

With a practice encompassing trademark, trade dress, unfair competition and copyright law, Ms. Calvaruso supervises litigation and proceedings worldwide, including representing clients in U.S. Federal District Court and inter partes proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and ICANN Domain Dispute proceedings.

Ms. Calvaruso regularly negotiates and drafts intellectual property-related agreements and counsels clients in matters involving the evaluation of ownership interests, licensing issues, promotion and enforcement of property rights, trademark search evaluations, U.S. copyright filings, and domestic and international trademark filings.
