Responding to the request of Honorable Peter R. Orszag, then Director of The Office of Management and Budget at the White House, for examples of pending legislation and regulations that have a dampening effect on economic growth and job creation, Ivan G. Seidenberg, Chairman of the Business Roundtable, and James W. Owens, Chairman of the Business Counsel, sent the following letter dated June 21, 2010 (White House Letter) and Executive Summary.
