In addition, Ibis "repurposed" a component of its core applications to analyze the data between two time periods to determine deletion activity. The brand new technology developed for this project was the first of its kind in the industry for which a patent is now pending.

Solution: Ibis developed a feature - Global Time Zone Normalization - to allow the client to normalize a data set, eliminate duplication and represent it in a time zone of the client's choice. Seventy-two percent of the data was segregated as duplicative. The data set was represented in a format that was representative of the actual time, an essential detail to the email data in the case.
An Ibis partner that was processing data using an in-house tool called on a Saturday needing to get data to his client by Monday. The tool they were using was not able to meet their demand. Additionally, the partner was concerned with the quality because the data was going to their best client. They asked if Ibis could help them out of their jam.
Solution: Ibis responded quickly, mobilizing the proper resources. A secure electronic transfer site was established. Specifications were gathered to develop the custom load format.
