Arkansas Bar Association Schedules ADR Seminar

The Arkansas Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Section will present its Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference.

The program will take place on Friday, March 7 from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Peabody Hotel, Little Rock, AR.

Discussion topics will include: Agreements in Mediation: Mediator Protections; Appellate Mediation: Mediating the Previously Decided Case; New ADR Developments in Arkansas; The Lawyer and ADR: Ethical Duties and Other Issues; Mediation - the Good, the Bad and the Ugly; Top Tips for Lawyers on How to Get the Best Results in Mediation; Mediation Minefields: Cautionary Tales, and Court-Ordered Mediation - a View From the Bench.

Among the speakers are Ross W. Stoddard III, attorney/mediator; Stanley M. (Jack) Bell, ADR, Inc, and the Hon. Paul Danielson, justice, Arkansas Supreme Court.
