Four experienced bankruptcy practitioners will discuss issues such as the impact of the subprime debacle, the theory of "deepening insolvency," director and officer liability, equitable subordination, hedge funds, and other matters of interest in the restructuring world.

Speakers will be Michael I. Gotfried, Kirkland & Ellis LLP; Brian L. Holman, White & Case LLP; Michael B. Lubic, Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP, and Katherine C. Piper, Steptoe & Johnson LLP.
