Friday, February 1, 2008 - 00:00

The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Keeping Your Workers Healthy: Employee Wellness Program - Navigating the Way.

The program will take place on Thursday, February 28 from 12:15 to 1:30 p.m. at the BAMSL headquarters, Laclede Gas Building, 720 Olive Street, St. Louis.

This seminar is focused on illness prevention and is intended to help employers recognize inevitable pitfalls in the road to establishing a wellness program. Additionally, it is designed to encourage employers to seek professional advice from those who can assist in providing that ounce of prevention up front, and who can continue to assist in adapting wellness programs to an ever-changing legal and regulatory landscape.

The speaker will be Bryan D. LeMoine, Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelthaus PC.
