MN Bar Seminar Will Explore Developments In Securities Regulation

The Minnesota State Bar Association will present a CLE seminar titled Securities Regulation 2008.

The program will take place on Monday, January 14 from 8:55 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center, Seventh Street and Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis. Video replays are scheduled for Thursday, January 31 in Minneapolis and on Tuesday, February 19 in St. Cloud, MN.

Discussion topics will include: New Compensation Rules; SEC Accounting and Reporting; New E-proxy Rules; Eligibility for Form S-3; New Minnesota Blue Sky Law, and New Rules on Regulation D.
