WESFACCA To Present Seminar On Corporate Internet Policies

WESFACCA has scheduled a CLE seminar titled It's Time to Revisit Your Internet Policies: How Virtual Worlds Pose Real World Legal Risks to the Workplace: Employee Guidelines, Internet Marketing and More.

The program will take place on Wednesday, November 14 from 8:30 a.m. to noon at 500 Post Road, Westport, CT.

The program will examine The New Reality of Virtual Worlds, including Employee Guidelines for Virtual Worlds and Internet Marketing Guidelines.

The program chairs are Lauren Bruzzone, senior IP consultant, IBM, and John Duffy, administrative partner, Muchaud-Duffy Group. Speakers will include James Grimmelmann, professor, New York Law School; Susan Murray, counsel for IP law, IBM; Steve Mortinger, associate general counsel, IBM, and Lisa Cantos, senior director and associate general counsel, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
