NY ACCA Seminar Focus: Subprime Crisis

The firm of Anderson Kill & Olick, P.C. will present a two-part seminar titled Maximizing Recoveries in the Subprime Meltdown on behalf of the Greater New York Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America.

Part I will take place on Thursday, October 4 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. at the Harvard Club, 27 West 44th Street, New York City, with a reception to follow from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Part II is scheduled for Thursday, October 25 at the same time and place.

Topics to be covered will include: deconstructing securitization documentation; restructuring the underlying securitized assets; intercreditor issues, and litigation and insurance recoveries.
