Seminar Will Examine DevelopmentsIn Employee Leaves Of Absence

The Labor and Employment Section of the Bar Association of San Francisco (BASF) is planning a CLE seminar titled Update on Leaves of Absence.

The program will take place on Thursday, June 21 from noon to 1 p.m. at the BASF offices, 301 Battery Street, San Francisco.

The featured speaker will be Jason Geller, a partner at Long & Levit LLP. He will discuss recent developments in the Family and Medical Leave Act, Americans With Disabilities Act, San Francisco Paid Sick Leave Ordinance and other leave-related topics.
