Seminar Focus: Traps To Avoid When Buying Or Selling Companies

The Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America has scheduled a CLE seminar titled What's Behind Door #3? Avoiding Traps When Buying and Selling Companies.

The program will take place on Thursday, March 29 from 3 to 6 p.m. at the offices of Goodwin Procter LLP, 53 State Street, 2nd Floor, Boston.

The seminar will bring in-house lawyers quickly up to speed on three key areas of significant change in the M&A world: Intellectual Property - Avoiding Traps for the Unwary in M&A Transactions; Executive Compensation + New Rules = New Set of Concerns, and Transactional Process - A New Approach?
