Oklahoma Bar Program To ExamineInsurance Bad Faith Cases

The Oklahoma Bar Association is offering a CLE seminar titled Insurance Bad Faith in Oklahoma: What Both Sides Need to Know in two locations.

Programs are scheduled for Friday, September 29 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Tulsa, OK, and for Thursday, October 5 at the Oklahoma Bar Center, Oklahoma City, OK.Sessions will run from 9 a.m. to 4:40 p.m., with registration starting at 8:30 a.m.

Seminar topics will include:

  • Update on Bad Faith Law in Oklahoma;
  • How to Recognize/Evaluate a Bad Faith Case;
  • Discovery Issues in a Bad Faith Case;
  • Motion Practice in a Bad Faith Case;
  • A Judicial Perspective of Bad Faith Litigation;
  • Jury Trial Issues in a Bad Faith Case;
  • Bad Faith in a Class Action.
