Seminar Focus: Employment Investigations

Minnesota CLE this month will present a CLE seminar titled Conducting Effective Employment Investigations.

The program will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, September 19 and 20 at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center, Seventh Street and Nicollet Mall, Minneapolis. Sessions will run from 8:50 a.m. to 4 p.m. on day one and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on day two.

Among the topics to be covered by panelists are: Understanding the Dynamics of an Investigation; Preparing to Conduct the Investigation; Gathering Physical Evidence and Identifying and Interviewing Witnesses; Special Techniques for Interviewing the Respondent; Conducting the Credibility Assessment, and Making Findings and Preparing a Report.

Speakers for the program are still to be announced.
