Top executives gave their perspectives on what works and what doesn't at a reception and CLE program on July 12 hosted by the Women's Networking Group of the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association and sponsored by STRIDES, Advancing Women in Business - a Lowenstein Sandler Initiative.

The 100 or so attendees participated in the lively Q&A about how they can advance their own careers and what steps corporations can take in developing and implementing policies to improve their intellectual capital by retaining and advancing talented women.
