MCLE Slates Construction Law Program

Massachusetts CLE this month will present a CLE seminar titled Construction Law and Litigation.

The program will take place on Thursday, August 17 from 1 to 5 p.m. at the MCLE Conference Center, 10 Winter Place, Boston.

This comprehensive overview addresses a wide variety of legal issues which arise during the stages of a construction project, including disputes which lead to litigation.

Attendees can expect to learn:

  • How to navigate the often-complicated construction process;
  • How to be an effective advocate for your construction project client;
  • The ins and outs of private and public construction contracts;
  • How to handle each step of construction litigation;
  • How to measure damages for defective construction.
