Legal Issues Involved In Getting Products To The Market

Massachusetts CLE on Tuesday, February 14 has scheduled a CLE seminar titled Lawyering Across the Supply Chain.

Successful companies, particularly in a global economy, need smart strategies for getting their products and services to market...and smart lawyers to help them do this.

This seminar will discuss strategies for handling supply chain legal issues effectively and avoiding pitfalls presented by this area of legal practice.

The program chair is Howard G. Zaharoff, Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, PC. Other speakers will be Cary Armistead and David M. McIntosh, Ropes & Gray LLP, and L. Seth Stadfeld, Weston, Patrick, Willard & Redding.
