NJCCA Seminar Will Review M&A Process

Mergers and Acquisitions - What Every In-House Lawyer Needs to Know is the title of a CLE seminar planned for this month by the New Jersey Corporate Counsel Association (NJCCA).

The program will take place on Thursday, February 9 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Hanover Marriott, Route 10 East, Whippany, NJ.

At this full-day seminar, a team of in-house counsel and attorneys from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP will address key legal and business issues associated with mergers ands acquisitions. Speakers will offer best practices and lessons learned to provide a better understanding of the complexities of the M&A landscape.
