The Legal Marketing Association (LMA), headquartered in Glenview, IL, and the Australasian Professional Services Marketing Association (APSMA), based in Chatswood, Australia, recently announced that they have joined to create an affiliate relationship for the benefit of their members.
LMA is the voice of marketing professionals and attorneys at law firms looking to develop their practices. APSMA is the only organization dedicated to assisting marketers and business developers working in the professional service sector in Australia. Under the terms of the affiliation, each group's members are eligible to join the other organization at a special affiliate rate.
"APSMA is delighted to explore new opportunities with LMA and share best practice information," said John O'Shea, president of APSMA and national marketing partner, KPMG. "An affiliation between our two organizations makes sense on a number of levels - in knowledge sharing and in recognizing the global nature of professional services marketing issues."
Affiliate members will enjoy the exchange of each organization's publications, access to websites, and participation in seminar programs and conferences at member rates.
