The regulatory and legislative landscape for financial services firms - banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, and broker-dealers - continues to evolve at a rapid pace. Governance and merger issues, how to manage and use customer information in responsible ways and how to respond to regulators and law enforcement are issues facedby in-house counsel on a day-to-day basis.
These issues will be examined this month by the Northeast Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel America in a CLE seminar titled Hot Topics in Financial Services.
The program will take place on Tuesday, May 17 from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. at 53 State Street, Boston.
The seminar will explore hot topics for financial services companies by bringing together experienced corporate counsel and their law firm counterparts.
Speakers for the session are still to be announced.
The program is free to Northeast ACCA members.
