Grotta Glassman Schedules SOX Whistleblower Seminar

In response to interest from clients in an article which appeared in the February issue of this publication entitled Sarbanes-Oxley Whistleblower Protection - Two Years Later - What Hath Enron Wrought? by Stanley L. Goodman, the firm of Grotta, Glassman & Hoffman, P.C. has scheduled a seminar.

The seminar, Sarbanes-Oxley Whistleblower Protection, will be held on Tuesday, March 17 at the firm's Roseland, NJoffices at 75 Livingston Avenue, from 8:30 to 10 a.m.

Members of the firm, to be announced, will discuss the following topics: Which employees are covered by SOX?, What type of employee conduct is protected?, What is the standard of proof?, What trends are emerging from the cases decided so far? and How does the SOX whistleblower provision compare with other whistleblower statutes?
