Minnesota ACC-A Plans Audit Seminar

The Minnesota Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel-America this month has scheduled a seminar titled Financial Reporting and Audit Obligations - Ethical Considerations, Reporting Fraud and the Role of In-House Counsel.

The program will take place on Tuesday, December 7 at the Metropolitan Ballroom & Clubroom, 5418 Wayzata Boulevard, St. Louis Park, MN.

Stanton Farmer, an attorney with the Merrill Lynch Global Private Client Group, and Jeff Fritz, an attorney with Deloitte & Touche, will provide timely advice on helping clients manage the audit process within their companies.
